These terms apply to the informational website and its local experiences, not to a future public application.
You may view the website if you have capacity to accept these terms. If you need permission from an adult or legal representative, obtain it before using features that send data.
The website does not create SmileChat accounts. Names, profiles, and conversations in the experiences are local or sample content and do not reserve a public identity.
Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, bypass limits, automate abuse, or impersonate SmileChatSocial.
Text and files entered into local experiences remain in the browser as explained in privacy. You retain rights to your content and must avoid unlawful material or content infringing other people’s rights.
SmileWorld shows sample profiles, posts, reactions, and comments. It does not publish content or create a social network accessible by other people.
Games, scores, and duels are local or simulated. There are no prizes, bets, public rankings, or remote multiplayer.
Beta plans, venues, gifts, tickets, and codes are samples with visible notices. They grant no event access and represent no partner agreement.
No purchases or payments are active. If added, the seller, price, taxes, conditions, and payment methods must be shown before an order.
Cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rules for real tickets are not active because there is no commerce. Specific conditions will be published before any sale.
The website accepts no public user posts. A future community will need rules, reporting tools, and proportionate decisions before opening.
The website and its elements are protected by applicable law. These terms transfer no rights in SmileChat marks, designs, software, or content.
We may limit website access for security risk, maintenance, or abusive use. The website does not suspend messaging accounts because no public accounts exist.
The Beta may change, pause, or remove an experience. A future label does not require a feature to be added or set a date.
The website is provided with reasonable care for its current stage. Nothing excludes liability that law does not permit us to limit; local experiences are not guaranteed to suit a particular purpose.
Jurisdiction and the legal owner remain pending confirmation. You can first raise a question through the official channel without losing mandatory rights available to you.
